A feature that makes Symplicity's VOICE product so popular is the ability to match like messages and allow users to send out a single reply to those thousands of people who wrote in about energy efficiency, healthcare reform, or whatever the issue of the moment may be. This month, the VOICE team is pleased to announce that we've made it so users can control similarity matching even more!

Every Correspondence that comes into VOICE contains Keywords; VOICE then looks at these keywords and matches correspondences based on a certain percentage of similarity set by the users. Those messages are then grouped allowing the user to create one response to all of the incoming correspondences. When you pair this with the use of library items, or form letters, which are pre-written content, VOICE saves the user a notable amount of time. We are always looking for ways to make the user’s job easier and with similarity grouping we feel we have done just that!

Stay tuned to the Symplicity blog for more news from the VOICE Team!

VOICE™ is a web-based constituent relationship management (CRM) system specifically designed for government offices. With this product, office staffs have the ability to effectively collect, track, route and interact with constituents through a single, web-based environment.
