Each year, Symplicity recognizes companies that create environments where recent grads can flourish. Show us why entry-level talent should want to work for you. Winners earn the privilege of joining the exclusive Best Places to Work Club. Many will enter, few will win - now's your chance to earn the coveted #BPTWclub title.

We pick the winners usings a six-point grading scale that judges on the following factors as applicable to quality of work life for recent grads: Glassdoor ratings, work-life balance, pay, company culture, professional development, and benefits and perks. Those who earn a spot in the club will have their BPTW badge adorning all job posts posted through Symplicity, be provided with a press kit so they can easily flaunt their membership status, and have the privilege of attracting even more top-tier candidates with the company’s exclusive BPTW winner status. The survey will run through the month of July.
