2021 Job Trends Report

COVID-19's impact on every aspect of our lives will continue to have rippled effects well into a post COVID-19 world. Yet, the initial economic downturn is slowly seeing a recovery to pre-pandemic levels, according to Symplicity's latest Job Trends report. While growth in industries had shifted, Symplicity is seeing positive trends in its Career Services Manager (CSM), the largest student employability platform. 

With a network of over 1,000 university partners, Symplicity aggregated data across all CSM platforms in the United States, providing an overview of job trends from January 2019 to April 2021. In this report, Symplicity lays out the key findings from this data.
