Charlie Ball: Senior Consultant: Labour Market Intelligence, JISC

I am the in-house specialist on the graduate labour market. I research and analyse all things to do with post-18 employment, including regional economies, skills supply and demand and postgraduate issues, usually with a careers and employability perspective.

Shelagh Green: Director for Careers & Employability at the University of Edinburgh

Shelagh leads development and delivery of careers and employability for the diverse range of students from across the globe. Her team works with students, graduates, employers and university colleagues to empower and inspire students to make successful transitions to life beyond the University. Shelagh has over 20 years’ experience in careers and employability, building on previous experience work in out-placement and redundancy support. 

Adam Powell: Director of Client Success, Symplicity

As a former Head of Employability, he managed a university careers service with institution-wide responsibility for employability, enterprise and graduate success. As Director of Skills within regional government, Adam worked with business and education leaders to develop innovative skills policy to support economic growth and future labour market needs.
