At the **American University of Science and Technology (AUST) in Lebanon**, career services play a crucial role in preparing students for the workforce, serving a population of approximately 5,513 students. - **Low student engagement**—fewer than 100 student CVs were available on the platform, and many were outdated or unprofessional. 
- **Limited employer participation**—the university had fewer than 60 employers actively engaging with career services. 
- **Manual career fair and internship processes**—tracking employer participation, student job applications, and internship placements were paper-based and inefficient.

- **Building a Centralized Career Database**  
    - Created 200+ custom fields in student profiles to track employment status, salary trends, and career satisfaction. 
    - Added 25 additional data points for academic tracking, such as GPA, major/minor, and career readiness indicators. 
    - Developed customized reporting tools to analyze employment trends. 

- **Employer Network Expansion: From 60 to 993 Companies**  
    - More than 400 job opportunities are now posted on the platform each quarter. 
    - Employers are actively using CSM to recruit AUST students and host career fairs. 

- **Seamless Career Fair and Internship Management**  
    - Career fair participation grew from 30 employers to 97 in one year. 
    - The entire internship placement process for the Design Department was moved to Symplicity, making it 100% paperless.

- **A 16x increase in student engagement**—CV submissions grew from 100 to 1,684 in one year. 
- **Massive employer growth**—from 60 to 993 active employers, posting over 400 jobs per quarter.
