The 2024 Symposium is a free, one-day event designed for university employability, careers and student services teams who leverage Symplicity CareerHub and UniHub to make a real difference.

We will be offering parallel sessions focused on both operational and strategic matters, making this event suitable for directors/heads/leaders/managers as well as system administrators and power/core users.

The University of the West of England, Frenchay Campus, Enterprise Park 1 building (if driving, follow signs for the HP Estate).

We will have signage at the entrance to help direct you to registration and the general session meeting room. WIFI will also be available.

Do I need to register?

Yes, we ask that all planning to attend register for this event to help us properly coordinate onsite logistics and other accommodations.

 

Is there a cost to attend?

There is no cost to attend.

Is there a limit to the number of staff from an institution that can attend?

We welcome any and all staff from our client institutions to join us for this event and there is no limit to the number of registrations allowed!

Can I see who else is attending?

We will send a registration list to all registered attendees 1 week prior to the event with all other final event details.

Is there a virtual portion of the event?

No, however some materials may be made available post-event in the Symplicity and CareerHub Help Centre.

When will the full agenda become available?

The final agenda will be available in June.
