🎯 What we'll chat about:

Universities collect vast amounts of data across student services, but turning that information into meaningful insight can be a challenge. In this session, we'll explore how Leeds Beckett University is using analytics, reporting, and automation to better understand student needs, improve service delivery, and support evidence-based decision-making.

You'll hear directly from Mark Burns, Systems & Technology Coordinator at Leeds Beckett University, as he shares practical examples from across wellbeing, student support, appointments, evaluation, and compliance reporting.

You'll walk away with:

  • Practical insights into building a more connected approach to student services data
  • Examples of how analytics and automation can improve reporting and decision-making
  • Strategies for demonstrating impact across wellbeing and student support services
  • Lessons learned from developing institution-wide reporting and data processes
  • Ideas for reducing manual administration and improving operational efficiency
  • Actionable takeaways you can apply within your own institution

Come ready to think differently about your data and leave with practical ideas for turning information into insight, and insight into action.
