FROM ZERO TO SCALE

The Blueprint: Launching Your Experiential Learning Program

Watch the Recording

Most institutions struggle because they try to scale too early. From Zero to Scale is built to help you grow the right way: starting small, proving value, and building momentum with each stage.

Part 1 gives you the structure a clear, practical roadmap to bring structure, alignment, and early momentum to their EL efforts.

🧭 What we'll chat about:

Experiential Learning leaders everywhere share the same challenge: How do you build something meaningful when you’re understaffed, decentralized, or just getting started?

Part 1 of our From Zero to Scale series is designed exactly for professionals who are building the foundation for experiential learning. Like many peers, your ExL efforts may be decentralized or lightly assessed

Whether you’re a team of one or supporting a handful of siloed initiatives, this session gives you the blueprint to move from “great idea” to institutional approval to a functioning, measurable pilot.

This fireside chat will cover:

  1. How to Make the Pitch & Win Approval: Learn how to connect EL to institutional priorities, frame a small-start strategy, and set a simple pilot goal that secures leadership buy-in.
  2. Design a Right-Sized Pilot Program: How to choose one EL format, map the simplest student–employer workflow, and avoid early pitfalls that slow down small programs.
  3. Get Your First Wins: How to recruit your first  employer partners, engage your first students, and capture early success stories that build momentum for growth.

This session is for

  • New experiential learning coordinators or managers
  • Career services professionals adding EL to their portfolio
  • Institutions with 1–2 active departments running siloed programs
  • Anyone who wants to grow EL but needs internal buy-in, structure, and a simple place to start
