He brings with him over 20 years’ experience in the UK Higher Education sector, including as Head of Information Services at the University of Bristol and latterly Data and Systems Manager at the University of Gloucestershire. In both roles, Mark implemented and managed Symplicity CareerHub and held responsibility for the collection, analysis and reporting of graduate outcomes.

On his appointment, Mark said: “I’m delighted to join the Symplicity team and look forward to working with university partners to exploit the full potential of our software solutions and supporting the delivery of an outstanding and unified student experience.”

Adam Powell, Director of Client Success and Strategy (EMEA) said: “We’re thrilled to have Mark on board to help Symplicity partners achieve even more with our suite of solutions from CareerHub and UniHub to Access, Advocate and CSM. This increased capacity and expertise within our world-class support and implementation offer will drive greater innovation and boost productivity across the sector; elevating our customer experience yet further”

This week, the team met at growth and innovation hub Engine Shed in Bristol to coincide with this year’s Bristol Technology Festival from TechSpark, bringing together leading tech specialists for a week of creativity, connectivity and collaboration.
