In particular, the University of Bath is using CareerHub’s robust reporting module to help map student engagement with their career centre. “We’re able to see what resources they’re looking at, what jobs they’re looking at, how many appointments they’re coming to and use that data to feed into our Power BI dashboards, which has been massively helpful for us when analysing how we can help our students and map their engagement,” said Downes. Additionally, the University of Bath utilises the workflow feature “a lot” to compile resources and automate email processes.
