How the University of Warwick transformed career services with Symplicity CareerHub customisation

Symplicity CareerHub was tailored to meet the University of Warwick’s specific needs and branding, resulting in the customised platform "MyAdvantage”. This platform serves as a central hub for all career development experiences, providing students with easy access to essential resources. 

With the customisation, the University of Warwick has been able to design a series of forms about a student’s work experience to gather reliable data. With the new data gathered from within CareerHub, the University is able to streamline processes, forecast activity and give real-time reports on student and employer behaviour.

Lisa Fletcher, Internships, Placements and Work Experience Coordinator, shared, “In my role in particular, we have a series of forms for students to access the work experience bursary, so that's helpful for me to be able design those forms, make changes each year, keep them up to date with our eligibility criteria and download information from them to support the administration process.” Lisa noted that CareerHub has simplified her role, "It's makes my role easier to be able to access all the information I need efficiently. I guess for the students, it just provides a convenient way to access the bursary and submit the required information.”

The flexibility and user-friendliness of CareerHub have empowered Lisa and her team at Warwick to provide enhanced support to students throughout their career journeys.
