Alicia Freeland is the lead client manager for Symplicity Accommodate. Her team is responsible for ensuring client success when it comes to utilizing Accommodate for tracking the delivery and approval of student accommodations via configurable workflows, appointment management, note-taker network, and insightful reporting. Alicia has a master’s degree in higher education from Arizona State University and graduated from the University of Connecticut for her bachelor’s degree. Prior to joining the Symplicity team in January 2012, Alicia worked in higher education for over ten years, holding roles at various kinds of institutions including large public institutions, small private, and community colleges. Born in Kununurra, Western Australia, Alicia is now located in Cave Creek, AZ. In her free time, she can be found working in her garden, growing delicious vegetables.
