Holly Zuckerman is a client manager that specifically supports Symplicity Accommodate. Holly ensures client success when it comes to utilizing Accommodate for tracking the delivery and approval of student accommodations via configurable workflows, appointment management, note-taker network, and insightful reporting. Holly graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) and worked at the Disability Resource Center at UTC for 11 years. She got her start there by filling the role for video captioning specialist while she was a senior at UTC, then graduated college and was promoted to a C-Print classroom transcriptionist while also building UTC’s fully capable, in-house captioning program before landing a position as Exam Accommodations Coordinator and Deaf/HOH Services Coordinator. Holly has been with Symplicity since July 2019 and lives in Chattanooga, TN with her cats, Luna and Skylar, and has a love for reading.
