Jacob (Jake) Harper has been with Symplicity for over 10 years and currently serves as a Manger of Global Support Operations working with all of Symplicity’s products. Jake has a B.S. in Business Communications from Juniata College and a Master’s in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Hailing from McVeytown, PA, Jake brings his over 10 years of higher education experience in student conduct and student services to better understanding Symplicity clients' business processes and shape Symplicity’s support team. Outside of helming the ship at Symplicity, Jake is an avid photographer.
