Living in Southern Oregon, in the Rogue Valley (known for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, it’s brewing scene and local wineries), Natalie Berger joins Symplicity with over 11 years of experience in higher education. Natalie serves as a client manager for Symplicity's Horizons and Residence products and is a graduate of Whitworth University with a B.A. in English and an M.A. in Higher Education & Student Development from Taylor University. Natalie has worked in all areas of higher education as a Resident Director and Assistant Director of Residence Life at Indiana Wesleyan University, and as the Director of Housing & Residence Life at Biola University (La Mirada, CA, just outside LA). Natalie enjoys spending her time with her three kids and her spouse by enjoy getting out and about in the Rogue Valley and surrounding mountains! She and her family love fly fishing, hiking, and camping in the summer, and downhill skiing in the winter. They also enjoy baking new things, and experiencing all the local theater the Rouge valley has to offer.
