Symplicity is a software company that provides enterprise SaaS applications to higher education, government, and corporate clients.  The majority of Symplicity’s carbon footprint comes from servers that support our applications, so we pick cloud service providers that have made commitments to become carbon neutral in the near future.  Currently, Symplicity utilizes both AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud providers.

Headquarters

Every single human being on the planet should have a safe and healthy place to work.  The places we work shouldn’t leave footprints on the planet.  The Symplicity headquarters is in a LEED certified building in the Arlington, Virginia area. 

Volunteering

Volunteering can provide a healthy boost to your self-confidence, self-esteem, and life satisfaction.  You are doing good for others in your community, which provides a natural sense of accomplishment. All Symplicity employees are encouraged to take part in volunteering.  Symplicity provides each employee with pto days so that they can take time off from the office to volunteer in the community.

Blood Donations

Symplicity HQ property management company organizes a bloodmobile bus that comes to the office twice per year.  Symplicity employees are encouraged to take part if they are able.
