Conformance status

This web application is highly conformant with the Web Contact Accessibility Guidelines Level AA standard. Areas of non-conformance are described below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

Non conformance with the accessibility regulations

Some pages may present semantic problems, resulting in difficulties for people using screen readers. This fails WCAG 2.1 AA 1.3.1 Info and Relationships and 1.3.2 Meaningful Sequence. We are auditing the system to resolve  those issues in upcoming releases.

Some components within forms are not correctly associated with their labels, and people using screen readers may endure difficulties when interacting. This fails WCAG 2.1 AA success criterion 2.4.6: Headings and Labels and 2.5.3 Label in Name. We are auditing the system to resolve those issues in upcoming releases.

Users are unable to bypass blocks of content. This fails WCAG 2.1 A 2.4.1 Bypass Blocks. We are evaluating the impact of adding this functionality to our roadmap.

Alerts and Status Messages do not have the role=”” tag. This may cause difficulties for people using screen readers. This fails WCAG 2.1 AA 4.1.3 Status Messages. We are auditing the system and plan to adjust the markup code accordingly in upcoming releases.

Some resources uploaded by users may not be accessible or follow WCAG guidelines.

We have prioritized these accessibility improvements based on analytics and data. We try to make accessibility improvements a high priority. Usually, we can make accessibility improvements very quickly. Some improvements are complex and require more time for planning, development and testing.

Disproportionate burden

We are aware of some accessibility issues within components such as appointment calendar, form builder, organization and client records, journal entries and events.

We’ve assessed the cost of fixing the issues above. Future releases will replace problematic areas with newly developed software . Resolving the above issues within the current software represents a disproportionate burden / undue burden
