Symplicity is proud to announce that Advocate 9.3 is now live, and it's built around a simple goal: helping staff work more efficiently.
A My Tasks Card That Actually Keeps Up
The My Tasks home page card has been reorganized into Today, Upcoming, and Overdue views, giving staff a clearer picture of what needs attention right now versus what can wait. The card also expands to include more item types, so more of your daily workload lives in one place instead of scattered across modules.
Flex Meetings Sync to Your Calendar
Staff using Flex can now sync meetings directly to their external calendar. One less thing to check, one more way to stay on top of a busy schedule.
More Flexibility for Appointments
The Appointments module gets several updates this release, including more control over how topics are managed and new options for integrating with external systems. The result is a scheduling experience that adapts better to how institutions actually work.
Introducing Cosmo, Your New AI Assistant
This release also introduces Cosmo, an AI powered assistant built into the Manager Interface. Cosmo gives staff instant answers and guidance without needing to leave their current task, drawing from approved product and support content to help with everything from everyday questions to understanding new features.
What This Means for Your Team
Advocate 9.3 is focused on reducing friction. Less time hunting for information, less time juggling calendars, less time waiting on support. More time spent on the work that matters.
The release is now live! If you have questions about any of these updates, check in with your Client Manager or submit a request through the Symplicity Help Center.
