Mock interview responses can now be reviewed instantly, complete with new video interviewers for students in the US and Australia, with more regions on the way. AI resume review has also expanded its reach, now available to students in additional regions around the world.

A Fresh Look for Pathways and Reporting

Staff spend a lot of time inside Pathways and Reporting, so both have been rebuilt in the New Manager Interface. Expect a cleaner layout and a more intuitive experience from top to bottom.

Say Hello to Cosmo

This release also introduces Cosmo, an AI assistant built directly into CSM.

Cosmo is there to answer staff questions on the spot, cutting down the time spent searching for answers or waiting on support.

Less Manual Work, More Flexibility

A handful of workflow updates round out the release. Job postings from trusted employer contacts can now move through approval automatically. Surveys can be completed more than once by the same respondent, which is a win for post-advising check-ins, satisfaction surveys, and retention efforts. And a new API capability makes it easier to bring Experiential Learning data into CSM from outside systems.
