Symplicity’s annual Best Places to Work for Recent Grads survey was released once again this winter to recognize today’s companies that are going above and beyond to make sure their interns and new grad hires feel excited and welcomed, enjoy their day-to-day work, and are given all the tools and support to succeed professionally. We are also searching for those companies that provide extra fun perks—such as free snacks, in-office yoga, company happy hours, etc.—to keep their employees happy.
The competition was tough this year. We were truly blown away by the benefits of working for these rockstar organizations. After days of judging hundreds of amazing company applications, we narrowed down the list and are excited to announce our top scoring companies.
