With our Best Place to Work for Recent Grads survey, we are searching for the best all-around employers for recent college and university graduates in 2016. We are excited to find and recognize today’s best companies that truly cater to their entry-level employees by providing them with amazing growth opportunities, sweet benefit and pay, positive and influential management, and a safe space to perform, develop and shine!

We judge using a 6-point grading scale and rate each company on everything from happiness of employees to the quality of opportunities provided to entry-level employees.
