What’s New to Advocate: Spring 2015 Update

We updated Advocate Tuesday night. Here’s what’s new to the student conduct and behavioral intervention platform!

Clery and VAWA Violations

Our Federal Reporting Module has been updated to reflect the recent determinations regarding the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) violations, so that your Clery Federal Reporting is easy to run and accurate per federal guidelines. We also added clarifying questions for the Clery non-expert users so that all staff can accurately determine violations. We remain committed to updating our platform and reporting functionality with federal guidelines, so that your office can stay on top of reporting.

Anonymous Surveys

You can now collect surveys anonymously within Advocate. The Survey Module does not need to be turned on and is always available for use, so that students can fill out your surveys anonymously, and your office can easily review and report on the data.

Small, but notable changes!

• New System Settings Description Text

• Added All Students Names Incident Mergefield

• jQuery Mobile Update for Advocate Mobile Web

• Direct Sign-on Password Reset

• And more! Check out the Neighborhood for discussions and webinars
