As universities and colleges around the world prepare for the fall semester with uncertainty, Symplicity wanted to gain insight into how students, employers, and career services staff have pivoted career fairs to virtual in response to COVID-19. We wanted to know what students were looking for, what would be the best way for employers and students to connect, and what tools career services staff needed.
