What's New
Custom Forms (Flex Only) Create flexible, configurable forms to collect additional case information including psychological assessments, threat assessments, FERPA waivers, leave of absence requests, and third-party consent forms. This feature helps capture critical case details while keeping all assessment data centralized within Advocate.
Enhanced Task Management New task assignment and deadline functionality provides clear accountability by defining who should complete specific actions and when. This helps prevent tasks from falling through the cracks and keeps cases moving efficiently.
Save Letter as PDF Generate PDF versions of letters for physical mailing, record-keeping, or review processes. This addresses situations where email isn't appropriate for official communications or when you need archived copies of sent correspondence.
