There are a variety of products on the market that do parts of the data handling we require, but Symplicity Advocate makes the end-to-end process much simpler and faster, which is why we can ensure that the data from the initial upload of documents to the end investigation report and everything in between is held in one secure place.
The Symplicity team worked with us to implement the system and tailored to our specific requirements, however the best functionality for me is that it is user friendly, and I can easily go into the system and create templates as and when the need arises without paying for costly upgrades, etc. When I do reach my limits, I drop in a quick email to the Symplicity team and literally within minutes the ever-present Vincent Khushal gets back to me and quickly resolves any issues – which are usually user errors!
This is why we have just renewed our annual contract with Symplicity.
