Symplicity Recruit Introduces the Candidate Pipeline Dashboard

All recruiters that we work with would like to be more data-driven but obtaining the data in a way that is easy to interpret is often too difficult and time-consuming. With our latest product release, Symplicity Recruit aims to give university recruiters the data they need to make decisions about their recruiting strategy without needing to manually pull or calculate data.

What is it?

The Candidate Pipeline dashboard is new in the Analytics module. It provides a centralized view of candidate sources, demographics, and their progression through the recruitment process. The data is visualized in an easy-to-digest manner, helping recruiting teams work more efficiently and effectively. Within the dashboard, recruiters can quickly answer questions such as: 

  1. How long are we taking to hire candidates? Are we moving quickly enough or is there a bottleneck anywhere in the candidate pipeline that needs to be addressed? 
  2. Are we receiving applications from a diverse group of candidates? Are we hiring a diverse group of candidates?
  3. Which schools have the highest applicant-to-hire conversion rates? Which schools should we focus more of our resources on?
