The implementation of Symplicity Advocate will enable:
- Improved service quality for students
- Seamless information-sharing across the University and Colleges
- Secure sharing of sensitive information
- Data-driven decision-making for mental health and wellbeing services
This collaboration will impact around 1,000 staff members across the university and the system is set to be fully implemented at the Student Support Centre in the 2023/24 academic year, with subsequent expansion to Colleges.
We're thrilled to be a part of the university’s implementation of more holistic student support and wellbeing. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting collaboration!
